Royal Society of Canada ha rivisto la opportunità di modificare i limiti di esposizione

Pur riconfermando la validità dei limiti 'ICNIRP' (anche perché focalizzati sugli effetti termici e di shock elettrico) la commissione ha prodotto un rapporto in cui in sintesi chiede al Ministero della Salute Canadese di:

Health Canada should "aggressively" research the possible link between wireless airwaves and cancer and should inform Canadians

"This Panel feels strongly that these individuals need compassion and assistance in overcoming their symptoms. However, because of the very unclear relation between the symptoms and actual exposure to RF energy, the Panel considers that such assistance should be provided by means other than a revision of SC6 (2013). Therefore, the Panel urges Health Canada to investigate the symptoms of IEI EMF individuals with the aim of understanding the etiology of their condition, developing criteria for differential diagnosis of the condition, and finding ways to provide effective treatment for such individuals. (page 20)"

 

ovvero di  fare una ricerca in modo aggressivo per stabilire una relazione tra cancro e onde elettromagnetiche.

Inoltre chiede di prendere seriamente in considerazione, di investigare i sintomi della elettrosensibilità sviluppando criteri diagnistici e trattamento opportuno.
